Searching for a third person to share a fantastic 3 bedroom house right in the heart of Passyunk Square, South Philly. Rent is $700/month plus 1/3 utilities (utils are very reasonable).

The two current roommates have been self-isolating for six weeks and working from home. The house is safe.

The room is approx. 9x11 with a large closet spanning one entire wall, hardwood floors, private rear-facing window and a kickin’ ceiling fan. First month and 2 months security to move in. No broker’s fee. Friendly, attentive landlord who has renovated the house with care.

You do NOT need a car to live here comfortably - it is insanely convenient.. everything you could want or need for daily living is within a 5 minute walk, not to mention some of the best food anywhere.

Also, the block is very SAFE and pleasant – one of the safest areas in all of Philadelphia according to the Inquirer. You can walk home by yourself at 3am and feel 100% OK. It’s a nice place to live :)
