we are located about 3 mins away from the 91/15 freeway. there are a few people that walk their dogs around our neighborhood and a highschool nearby. the neighborhood is very safe! It is a pretty spacious room. we have a bed, dresser, and tv in the room already. we have a 4 bedroom property with two driveways (one will be yours!) and a large backyard with a pool. the room for rent is the closest to the entrance of the house and right across from the bathroom that is shared with one girl. The kitchen will be shared with the others living in the house. we just ask you clean up after you cook or eat! there are available washers and dryers that you can use as well. our house isnt magaznie perfect and we are fixing up things to make it nicer over time.

About the roomies

so me, my boyfriend, and his sister live in the house currently. i am a student and am not at the house all the time. my boyfriend works for the navy so he is gone for a few months out of the year but he also works from home sometimes, and his sister works in a lab full time so she is mostly just there during the nighttime. we are all respectful of the shared space and clean any chance we get. we also have two orange cats one girl and one boy. they are 12 years old and very friendly and affectionate!
