Right on the border of Miramar, this house is comfy, about 900sq feet inside, and you’ll have access to all of it, as it will be a shared living arrangement. The backyard is actually an oasis within the city; like if you appreciate nature and a garden, this backyard is it. You can even get a pump out there with a pull-up/squat rack, barbell, dumbells, & kettlebell looking all sexy out there on the artificial turf platform. I don’t usually live with a roommate so I’m only looking to share my home with someone who has great energy, as I believe proper energy & peace at home is priceless…Btw in the pictures of the living room there’s currently some extra “bio hacking” stuff like a cold plunge barrel; this extra stuff will be relocated outside or into my room, should I decide on a roommate 👽
