3 furnished rooms available in a quiet 3-bedroom house in Lake Balboa, about 10 minutes from CSUN campus.

Every room has its OWN PRIVATE OUTSIDE ENTRANCE, so you can come and go without walking through the house. Or walk through the house, it’s up to you.

Rooms:

• Master suite: private ensuite full bathroom with shower, $3,000/mo (available August 1)
• Room 2: shares a bathroom (shower) with Room 3, $2,250/mo (available now). Includes gym equipment for use while rented: Tonal, free weights, treadmill, exercise mats. If you want to work out, choose this room.
• Room 3: shares a bathroom (tub) with Room 2, $2,250/mo (available now). Includes a massage chair, desk, and couch. Great if you want to work and relax in your room.

The house:

• Fully furnished, move-in ready
• Pool, patio, front and back yard. Pool is cleaned weekly and warm enough to swim most days; heating available on request for a small fee
• Kitchen and common areas shared
• Quiet residential street with street parking
• Note: limited closet space in all rooms, as this is a temporary sublet while I’m away

Terms:

• Short-term sublet preferred. I’m away for about 2 months, until end of September. Please be clear about your preferred dates when you message
• For Rooms 2 and 3: if you’re looking for a semester rental, we can consider a rental through December so you can finish out the semester
• International students and summer renters welcome

About me: I’m a business owner based in LA, traveling and staying with my partner for most of the summer, which is why the house is available. This is a short-term sublet while I’m away. I’m easy to reach by text, local, and responsive if anything comes up with the house.

The other renters: The other rooms are being rented on similar short-term sublets, so your housemates will likely be students or summer renters. Everyone has their own private outside entrance, so the house works well for people who like their own space.
