I’m looking for a roommate to share a room with me at Oakshade Commons!! Please message quickly! I will close this post in 2 weeks because my lease expires at the end of August and I need to make decisions quickly.

Details! The rent is 495 and every month you pay 620 per month. The room is split in half with two beds and two desks. Attached are pictures of the apartment. If interested, contact me ASAP.

You will share an apartment 4 other girls (me included!). The bathroom will be shared with me. A bed, desk, and closet will be included. Includes a laundry area with a dryer and washer! Plenty of storage areas. My roommate has a little kitten who is very curious but overall well-behaved. If you have cat allergies, please reconsider. If you do and you’re still interested, we have a vacuum to get any pet hair. One of our roommates moving in will have a couch that’s in good condition. Our apartment has a pool, a barbeque grill, and a lounging area for amenities. Wifi is free. We’re right next to Safeway and Planet Fitness. Also near a school and suburbs so it’s usually very quiet and safe. No late-night disturbances if you want to do a late night study session!

About meee: Hello! I am Aisla, Filipino-American, and I’m a 19 year old Junior!! My major is NPB and I loove studying brains, animals, and social issues. My hobbies are cooking (I love cooking. If you like food. I will make you food.), playing silly games, fashion, makeup, and researching. I am neurodivergent, undiagnosed Autism (working on a diagnosis) and diagnosed ADHD, so if you’re also neurodivergent, disabled, etc, I am very accommodating and understanding of your needs. It sucks when you’re in an environment you’re not familiar in and you’re overstimulated. I will be quiet when needed and give space as long as you communicate. I would like someone who is very direct but kind in communication. I clean thoroughly and I am super duper friendly and bubbly. I would like to be friends with my roommate preferably.
