There are two available rooms in this 4 bedroom shared townhome with 2 bathrooms. Right in the heart of downtown Princeton, the property is a lovely older duplex and close by to lots of amenities; about a 15 minute walk from Princeton station. There are two possible rooms for you to choose from, one that is $900 a month, and one that is $1000 a month – whichever room you don’t choose will be occupied by one of the current roommates who is switching rooms. This is an older property, so it isn’t completely spotless and sparkling, but we have an attentive landlord and do our best to maintain upkeep! The quaint charm of the property, the location, and the great room price for the area is definitely worth it. Female/Femme roomie inquiries only, please.

About the roomies

There are 4 roommates living in the other three bedrooms at the moment, this will reduce to 3 at the end of August. We are a pair of two couples and one very sweet elderly cat named Jeanette! We are social but also all either work or are in grad school full time, and are very respectful of social boundaries.
