Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the 2026-2027 winter term. My life circumstances have changed so this stunning room is available for someone else! The lease is from September 8th to May 20th. It is located at 129 connection street. You can find more pictures on zillow. The house has 3 bedrooms. There are 2 full baths. You would share the upstairs bathroom with one other girl. The room comes furnished. The furniture is super cute. We toured tons of houses and this was the nicest by far. There’s parking, a great backyard space, updated kitchen and laundry in unit. It’s located on a very quiet residential street, but still walkable to much of Newport. Two of the girls are splitting the time, one for fall semester, another for spring semester. It would be 3 roommates, but 2 at a time living there. I lived with all of them last year and they were clean and respectful. They are all seniors in college, 2 at Salve and 1 at URI. College students or early 20’s is preferred.
