Looking for a roommate for my spare bedroom, located near downtown Raleigh. Furniture not included, room is completely empty now. Shared bathroom, a dishwasher & washer/dryer is included. Preferably a woman and maybe someone who’s in school. Must speak fluent english!! No other pets allowed and has to be cool with my cat☺️ also on the second floor in a small apartment building $700 a month plus $400 deposit.
