Hello darlings!!! I have 2 rooms available for rent at $1000 each,with laundry room and utilities included . It’s share space with a nice little backyard perfect for game nights and little gets together. I also have a beautiful & spacious living room and ask that you do not walk on the carpet with your shoes,eat,sleep,drink or smoke.Kids or pets are not allowed unfortunately .I also have cameras all around the place for security purposes. I am also in the process of renovating the property.You must be able to show prove of work. I’m looking for 2 wonderful human beings, responsible, respectful,considerate, consistent & unproblematic 😊 because we are too grown for drama, we like our place to be peaceful..☺️
