Two Rooms for Rent in Spacious 4 Bed / 2 Bath Home – Mira Mesa

I’m looking for great roommates to fill two available bedrooms in a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home in a quiet neighborhood in Mira Mesa.

My current roommates recently got married and are moving into their own place, so I’m looking for people who will enjoy a clean, relaxed home.

Available Rooms

Bedroom 1: Approximately 10’ x 12’ with a large closet – $1,350/month
Bedroom 2: Approximately 10’ x 10’ with a large closet (currently used as an office) – $1,150/month
Both rooms will pay first month’s rent and a $1000 deposit.

Both rooms will be available September 1 and will share a full bathroom. The house is fully furnished, but both bedrooms will be rented unfurnished.

Utilities

Internet and electricity are billed monthly, while water is billed every other month. All utilities are in my name, so I pay the bills when they’re due and then everyone simply reimburses me for their equal share.

My name is Jason. I’m a 35-year-old paramedic working in San Diego. I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and easy to get along with. I appreciate a calm, drama-free home where everyone helps keep the shared spaces clean.

I have an 8-year-old friendly amazing dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with him. Unfortunately, the landlord does not allow additional pets (even service animals).
