Private room in a shared owner occupied home. Very spacious room with closet. Located in north Eugene one mile away from Costco. 10 min drive to U of O campus. Near a multitude of grocery stores. Quiet and beautiful fairy street bridge neighborhood. We have a huge back yard, garden, and apple tree. Beautiful place to host gatherings and share meals. Shared spaces include 1.5 baths, living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, and back patio with fire pit. Washer and dryer on site.
