About the roomies

We are a small family with a dog. We are clean, quiet, respectful, and fun. For a student there would be plenty of opportunities for quiet study time. We have a curfew 10 PM, so late nights are highly discouraged. I would be willing to reduce the price of rent for someone who loves dogs and would be available to dog sit. The HOA has fairly strict rules regarding noise levels, parking and pool/cabana use, so unfortunately this is not a good fit for someone who wants to have guests over a lot, but it is possible to make use of shared areas during the day to early evening. Due to the fact that kids live here, overnight guests will not be allowed, and anyone renting the room will need to have a background check. This is also a drug and alcohol free home, which includes canabis use, tabacco use, smoking, or vaping. An interview will be arranged before touring the room and shared areas. I respectfully reserve the right to decline without explanation. Cleaning up after oneself, maintaining a clean room, and the fair distribution of chores for shared areas are expectations for everyone who lives here. We have yet to have a bad pest inspection. Should this change as a result of messy living I expect the renter to compensate for their choices. If that is not for you, please do not apply.
