Non-Smoking, unfurnished room (or furnished) in a gated 16 -unit apartment community with on-site managers. It is 20 min walking distance to the metro (about a 5 min drive) and near Downtown Fontana, Kaiser, 10/210 FWY, and Fontana Library. This is an upstairs unit and there will be 3 housemates total. The room itself has new carpet, ceiling fan, and a closet (it is about 140 sq ft). It has a shared bathroom with 1 other person. Appliances included in this unit are washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, and stove/oven. This room comes with 1 assigned parking space. The unit has Central Heating/Air, fireplace, balcony (in dining area). INCLUDED UTILITIES AND SERVICES: internet/TV, trash, water, HVAC maintenance, general pest control, and gardener . Tenants will be billed gas and electric by the property owner (shared equally among the 3 housemates). The unit is vacant at this moment but looking for same-sex housemates (singles, no couples). The apartment unit will come with a furnished living room and dining room. Restrictions: no couples, nonsmoking, no alcohol/drugs, and monthly income should be approximately 3x the rent (~$3060 per month). Background Check and Credit Check are Required (including any co-signers).. No prior evictions. There is an application fee of $30. The room is ideal for students or working professionals. I feel this will be ideal for those who are seeking a quiet place to rest and reset, and like things tidy and organized. The apartment community is non-smoking, clean, well-maintained, and Tenants generally get along. It is a quiet community. On the weekends you may hear Tenants playing festive music and you may see families sometimes BBQ outside. Many Tenants have pet dogs. The community is mostly young, working families or working professionals. We have property rules so that the atmosphere remains clean and everyone respects each other’s right to quiet enjoyment. There is very low drama. In addition, there are on-site managers who can help facilitate such things as maintenance requests or other concerns. No wild parties, as we are looking for Tenants who are seeking a respectful, quiet place to rest and reset.
