We’re dividing the rent in 3 so it’d be around $650 a month each. It is a safe area with low crime crates, very good a/c in the summer time, with a spacious living room and balcony. Water pressure in the shower is great. There is a tennis court right behind our building and are located next to the two pools and leasing office. Walking distance from Walmart and Starbucks. Room is on the first floor.
