I’m renting out an unfurnished bedroom in my clean, quiet home in a suburban neighborhood in Raeford.
You’ll have:
- Private upstairs bedroom
- Private bathroom
- Access to an upstairs living room
- Shared kitchen, dining room, office, and pet room
- Washer and dryer available for use
All utilities are included in the rent. The only exception is that if winter heating costs are unusually high, we may split the additional heating expense.
I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to live with. This is a peaceful, drama-free home, so I’d love to find someone who appreciates that kind of environment.

About the roomies
It’s home to me, my 5-year-old, a senior dog who mostly naps and minds his business, and a cat who firmly believes the house belongs to him. Even though he’s limited to certain areas of the house. It’s a laid-back, family-friendly home with just the right amount of chaos.:)
