About the condo: The two bed, two bath 1400 sq/ft condo sits around a park-like courtyard that Thornton Creek runs through, providing a relaxing ambient sound of running water.

This room is becoming available because one of two friends who own this space together is moving out to be with their partner. The condo would be shared with one other person (41F), who works for the City of Seattle and enjoys board games, travel, and exploring new dog parks with her pups.

Two sweet dogs live here: A mellow 6-year-old golden retriever, and an anxious but cuddly 2-year-old retriever-husky mix. Both are great snugglers and very welcoming dogs. They are also professional office pups. Per HOA code, no more than 2 animals are permitted per unit, so we can’t accept any more pets at this time.
