About the room

My roommate is moving in with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room/bathroom at the Collective Noda! Move in date would be September 11! However, you have start the sublease process by 7/24. I will help you get in contact with the office, and you can start storing stuff here earlier than 9/11 if that helps!

Base rent is $1,981 for a 14 month lease (if you want to do 12 months, we can, but it’s more expensive). After all the fees and bills and stuff, my half of the rent has been around $1,100 a month. I can give you more details.

The apartment is in a great location; Free Range Brewery, Rhino Market, and Mimosa nails are directly outside the front door!!
It’s about a 15 minute walk to the bars/restaurants/shops in NoDa, and even closer to the light rail. Not very far from uptown either.
There is a pool, gym, work space, music room, coffee machine, mail room, grills, parking garage, etc.

My roommate took the video (showing the kitchen/living room and then her bedroom) when we first moved in last summer. That is the room and bathroom you would have! If you want to meet me or come see the apartment this weekend/week - message me!

About the roomies

I’m 25 and have been in Charlotte for 2 years. I teach at a high school nearby, so I leave pretty early in the morning. I’m totally fine with opposite schedules, it won’t bother me if you come home late! I like being outside, going to anything music related, plants, reading, being with friends, etc. I am not very opinionated when it comes to decorations or anything like that - if you have furniture/art/plants you want to bring and decorate with, feel free!

I just got a kitten, so you would have to be okay with cats in the shared space. If you have an older cat/kitten that is fine with kittens, that would be nice! Dogs that are good with kittens are fine as well!
