The room has enough room for a bed, desk, dresser, and shelves. It already has furniture in it (bed and dresser), but can be removed if you prefer your own furniture. There is a shared bathroom just outside your door. The house itself is a 4-bedroom 3-bathroom MASTERPIECE with a spacious backyard, storage area, basement, and garage. We are located in an amazingly cozy part of Denver, near Holly Hills, and within walking distance of James A. Bible Park, Chuze Fitness, Goodwill and a variety of shops/restaurants. The location is convenient, we are <10 minutes from the University of Denver, and 20 minutes from downtown. Our neighbors are mostly retirement age folk who we maintain great relationships with. It’s an incredibly friendly neighborhood. Utilities average out to about $111/month. That includes internet, AC, heat, water, and electricity. We have in-unit washer and dryer.

Hello! I am Alex, one of the leasers for this property. The two other roommates of this house are Mikey and Gabe. This is our 3rd year renting this property, so we already have a well-established system of how we do things, but are happy to accommodate what works best for you! We are a social group of fellas and love throwing parties every few months. Mikey and Gabe are both musicians, so being musically inclined in a plus! Our house is tied together by the wonderfully perplexing Gunner, my Australian Cattle Dog. He is an enigma of a creature; he can fetch beers from a fridge, and will kick himself in the head if you’re mad at him. He’s friendly towards people, but is 50/50 towards other animals. If you’re interested in moving in, I would arrange a playdate or two between Gunner and any other animal that may be moving in. We maintain a moderately clean living space; we are not strict, but we also have standards. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have and look forward to hearing from you soon!
