ISO a QT housemate to share a bright and spacious Duplex available 8/1 with flexible move in. Though I prefer a roommate who intends to stay and invest in co-creating a beautiful home space, I’m also open to discussing subletting options.

Rent: $1100/month through 3/1/2027 with option to renew lease. $1250 security deposit to move in. Shared utilities include fast internet ($75 divided by 2) and electric (avg. $215 divided by 2).

About the room: Room is front/east facing on ground floor, has a bright window, a closet, and can fit a queen size bed and dresser. Unfurnished. There is a built-in wardrobe just outside of the bedroom for your full use as well.

About the house: Shared common spaces include the full bath with an additional half bath on the lower level. Large eat-in kitchen and several living area spaces that can accommodate additional furniture as well. Lower level washer and dryer unit with an additional living space. My bedroom is on the lower level with my office on the ground floor opposite the available bedroom. Lower level also includes a large storage room. Sizable back yard and nice front porch as well as central air and heating. Plenty of street parking. Many of the shared living spaces are furnished but there are also plenty of still unfurnished spaces, and I’m very open to rearranging the living space as fits our collective needs. 420 friendly. Owner uses a management company who is largely responsive to any flagged issues but otherwise not a presence. Open to pets. Let’s discuss!
