The room being rented is a master bedroom, which would be split between myself and the new roomie. Fairly open space (can send the approx. floor plan on request.) The apartment has 1.5 bathrooms, a small kitchen, and a fairly big living area. Shared cooking appliances between roommates. Most of the apartment is furnished.

Three other young men are living in the apartment. Often stay up late, but not too loud. Often share a fair amount of things, but always make sure to ask before using something.
