Price reflects regular room, not the master yet pending negotiations and vibes master bedroom is available

Renting out a room in a three bedroom ranch-style house. Off street parking, room for RV/Boat/Motorcycle storage(additional fees), full access to kitchen, laundry area and common spaces. Fully fenced backyard, utilities included. 5 minute drive from I-84, located next to a nature boundary, near two parks and in a family-friendly neighborhood.

Prefer to live with introverts, but open to the right personality.

I have a 20lb 10 year old dog who has grumpy puppy old man energy coupled with manager of the Dog Park supervisory abilities mixed with Winnie the Pooh’s friendly and simple goofiness.

About You: I am a vibes person. Would prefer someone over age 32, with a chill dog or cat. Background check, credit check and income verification will need to be supplied before any decisions will be finalized.

My dog is not a fan of kids so unfortunately no one under age of 13. NO SMOKING cigars or ciggs INSIDE HOUSE OR GARAGE Grounds for immediate removal; this will be reflected in the lease.

Security Deposit: $2,000

About the roomies

I like footy, dogs, nature, just about anything with water, reading, live music, traveling and organic food. I live by a strict 80/20 rule.
