I live with my oldest son, who has ASD and whom I support, though most of the time he is out. I will be working as a substitute teacher. The fully furnished room is available for rent by August first on a monthly basis and includes utilities and WiFi. You are welcome to cook in the shared kitchen and use available utensils and ingredients so you can feel like home or eat with us. I am clean and organized and appreciate keeping things in order. This is a short term rental, ideal for someone on assignment or a student, gives you an option to stay or leave after 30 days. A $200 dollar Security deposits will be required and will be returned in full if there is no damage to the room.
