About the room

Hi there! (: I have a 3-bedroom home in Belmont, and I’m looking to rent out the other master room! I’m a female, who prefers same-gender housemates as that is what l’m comfortable with. The room is not furnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished, including lots of different types of appliances in the kitchen. Rent is $950/month, and rent is due on the 1st. No deposit, but there is a move in fee of $400. Please reach out with any questions! I would want to meet somewhere for coffee or something first to get to know each other, and see if we’d be a good fit! Looking forward to speaking with you: I have dogs, so no pets please. The house is near Daniel Stowe’s Botanical Gardens for reference! Utilities Included: Water Bill Energy Bill Internet Bill Lawncare (They come once a week, it’s a half acre property) Sanitation(Weekly Trash pickup) Pest Control (Don’t have them, but I want to keep it that way as it’s an old house)
