This is a 2 bedroom two bath in spacious cosy common area. Across from volunteer Park. Kitchen is fully equipped and I have a 65 inch tv with Hulu live I have 2 quiet cats. Looking for someone and has a stable job and reasonably quiet. Rent is 1250 plus utilities starting August15th. Washer and dryer and dishwasher in unit which I love! It has it’s own bathroom, as well. And it is in an apartment bldg. on the 3rd floor. No couples and not ideal for people that work from home. I am easy going and enjoy hanging out sometimes to cook or watch movies . Parking available underneath complex for extra fee
