In River Terrace Park. If you like the outdoors and seeing wildlife and being close to parks, this is the place. It’s on the Mississippi River, literally feet away from my backyard. This is an RV, mobile home park, that is quite hidden. My home is over 1600 sq.ft. You will have access to full home. The person that I’m looking for is over 45 years old, preferably female. I keep the home very clean, and do not want a pet here or a smoker. The 1st Bedroom has a desk/Bunkbed combo for yourself or guest. If you already live in the Monticello area and want to cut down your expenses dramatically and have a very nice location, please contact me. I actually have 2 rooms available, if someone would like both, we can negotiate. Manager of park will do the background check and have final approval.
About the roomies
Very clean, kind, funny and no drama. I work part time. I have great neighbors and it’s a great stress free place to live. If you like nature and walks, and being close to everything, this is the place.
