House is a duplex. You’ll be living in the room next to mine and we will be sharing a bathroom (don’t worry, I keep it clean :]).There’s a Walmart across the street (quite literally a three-minute walk) as well as a gas station, a new-build QT, various food places, and a drive-thru coffee shop. The neighborhood is situated next to multiple DART bus stops, so public transportation is easily accessible, and there’s an urgent care, an optometrist, a gym, and even a blood donation center located nearby as well.

You’ll be sharing the place with myself and one other roommate. I’m a working young adult who is into music and videogames, and the other is a student. I’m ideally looking for someone of a similar age (between 20-30), but anyone is welcome.
