It is unfurnished (no TV or couches), which provides a great opportunity for you to bring your own furniture and design the space to your liking. Security: Your safety is a priority. You also have your own parking space Pets are allowed one dog max or two cats max (smaller animals like hamsters etc always allowed) I do have a small toddler who on occasion would visit but not often.
