Looking for a responsible female subleaser to take over a private bedroom and bathroom in a resort-style apartment at The Village at Irvine Spectrum. This short-term sublease runs from September 1st to mid-December, making it absolutely perfect for anyone looking for housing just for the Fall quarter or semester. You will have your own private space in a beautiful, spacious apartment equipped with an in-unit washer/dryer and a fully functional kitchen. The community itself is within easy walking distance of the Irvine Spectrum Center and features incredible luxury amenities, including multiple resort-style saltwater pools, study lounges, an on-site market/café, a Starbucks, and a massive, multi-story fitness center. There is also a $300 security deposit required, which is fully refundable at move-out as long as the room is left in great condition.

You will be living with me! I am an undergraduate student at UCI studying Applied Physics and Music. I keep a busy schedule balancing my classes, music practice, and working part-time. When I am home, I love a clean, organized, and relaxed living space. I’m very friendly and easygoing, but I also respect personal space and quiet hours for studying/sleeping. Our other roommate: The girl who officially holds the lease for this room is studying abroad in London for the Fall term and will be returning in December (which is why we are looking for a short-term subleaser!). Who I’m looking for: A clean, responsible, and respectful female student or young professional. Someone who is communicative and reliable with split bills.
