The room is a good size with a beautiful view of the backyard greenbelt. You will have your own private bath with bathtub. The surrounding area has several beautiful trails that lead to Lake Washington at Denny Park which is about a half mile away from the home. There are more trails at St Edward’s Park, which is 2 miles north. Plenty of shopping and restaurants near by, with Juanita Beach just 2 miles south.

I live by myself and am semi-retired. I am recently widowed so the house seems a little empty. I consider myself easy going, considerate, kind and like a clean house. I enjoy a variety of activities, such as walking, card and board games, concerts, plays, comedy clubs and traveling.
