Renting out a beautiful, cozy spare bedroom on the second floor with a gorgeous, peaceful view of the neighborhood pond.

The Space: Your bedroom is located on the second floor (the main bedroom floor of the house). You will share a full bathroom on the second floor and have access to a spacious second-floor family room, as well as the main living room and kitchen on the first floor. All utilities and high-speed internet are fully included!

The Community: We are located in a very safe, quiet, and family-friendly subdivision just a couple of miles from I-59. Living here gives you access to wonderful neighborhood amenities, including:

A subdivision clubhouse and pool. A scenic pond perfect for fishing, feeding the ducks, or just relaxing by the water. A small kids’ playground.

House Rules: To keep our home comfortable for everyone, we have a strict no-drugs and no-alcohol policy. Vaping is permitted inside your room, but any tobacco smoking must be done outside.

We are a busy, warm, and welcoming family household. Currently living here are myself, my wife, our two daughters, and my father. My father stays in the first-floor bedroom and is currently on hospice care as we wait for his transition to a nursing home. Because of this, our home is relatively quiet and family-focused.

Who we are looking for: Because we have two daughters in the home, we have a strong preference for a female roommate. We are looking for someone who is polite, reliable, and respectful of a family environment.

Requirements: Must have a stable job and reliable income. Must be willing to pass the Roomies background check. Past landlord or personal references are a major plus!
