Hey All, renting out the top bunk in my room so that I can pay off some debts. Room has a private entrance from the side of the house to the backyard and backdoor into the room. Comes with almost everything you need. Long Desk, Queen size bunk bed, Fridge, Tv, Drawers, Closet Space, shelves, couch, microwave, full sized mirror. Street parking. Shared restroom. Kitchen Access. The family feels safer with females so females it is.

Laundromat across the street less than 100 feet away. Corner stores, bus stops etc.

No AC. You can bring your own mattress if you want.

Possibly open to renting out the full room. Lets talk $$$

Your primary roommate would be me, male, 32 yo Black/Mexican mixed though I really only speak English. I believe in respect, you should too. Besides that it’s a family home consisting of my mother, brother, sister and sisters daughter. Room gets pretty hot and it is summer time so fair warning. Month to month rentals just to make sure everything goes smooth.

Brother has OCD and spends quite a bit of time in the bathroom, about an hour anywhere from 8am-12pm depending on when he starts his process and what his plans are for the day and that’s just something we have to live with so if that’s a dealbreaker I understand you looking elsewhere.
