Move in date is a little flexible let me know what works for you -Private bedroom with closet and 2 windows. Private hall bath with shower/tub and frosted glass window. Current occupant has full-size bed, desk, and dresser but you could also fit a queen bed. Living room and kitchen are furnished (but I’m open to replacing things if you have nicer stuff). -Complex has nice amenities including pool and gym. Lots of green space. Pet friendly with deposit. Plenty of street parking or pay $100/month for private garage space with storage. -Walkable area with nearby restaurants, groceries, cafes, parks, golf course, etc. 1 mile from Abbot Kinney. Near Venice Beach, Santa Monica College, not far from Loyola-Marymount. <30 minute drive from LAX.

Male 36, I work in education. Been in LA a few years, from Louisiana originally. I’m pretty quiet and keep to a relatively normal schedule, not awake super early or super late. I think I’m generally considerate about sharing space. I’m pretty active, I like to do yoga and watch old movies. Bonus points I like to cook/bake and will usually share whatever I make.
