Room: Okay it’s kind of mid but it fit my desk, a full size bed, dresser, piano and bookshelf (you can see from the pictures)
Both rooms are about the same size and the one downstairs is a little larger with its own bathroom.

We have a driveway that can fit 3 cars and plenty of street parking!
15 minute drive from Silver Lake, Echo Park, Pasadena and super close to Downtown and Highland Park.
Area is super safe and the neighbors are super nice about caring for the street.
My roommates are moving out so I have 3 rooms to fill by Sept 1st! This lease has been passed down from friends to friends for 5 years which is why the rent is so low for how big the house is.
I install tech for museums and then I also do acting on the side! I’m clean but don’t get pressed over a house that feels lived in, people are people! I love to cook, go out dancing, and going to shows/exhibits.
Looking for baddies who want to keep the house lively and social. I like to kiki and have a good time, but I can always tell when someone wants their space :)
