About the room

Hello! I have a room for rent in my 2 bed 1.5 bath upstairs apartment located in Redondo Beach. The room will be unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished and decorated. The room gets great natural light as well as an evening breeze. The closet is decent sized and is mirrored, sliding doors (see pics).This is 1.5 bathrooms so we just need to share the main bathroom for showering purposes, but will otherwise only be used by YOU. I have the 1/2 bath in my bedroom and use it for all other bathroom needs and do not store anything in the main bathroom.

There is a laundry room on-site and only shared by 2 other tenants and is coin operated. We do have a small one-car garage that we will share for parking so cannot be used to store any large items. There is also street parking available!

The apartment is located in a nice residential area with a Von’s grocery store directly across the street (2 min walk!), as well as a Dollar Tree, gas station, and a great sushi restaurant, and only a short 5 min drive to the beach!

About the roomies

I’m a 32 year old male, single, gay, working professional. I work a typical 9 to 5 job as an Office Manager at a Logistics company. I’m pretty religious with my routine during the week (work, gym, dinner, relax/bedtime). On the weekends, I enjoy slow mornings with coffee and reading, beach days, watching movies or t.v. shows, restaurants, happy hours, or just hanging out with friends and family. I’m not a party-type person by any means and usually like to be in bed pretty early. I’m very personable and can get along with almost anyone. I’m very clean and tidy and respectful of personal space and privacy, but would like to maintain a friendly, easy-going living situation. Ideally, I would like for us to be able to hang out at home together, eat dinner occasionally, watch a movie, or have a weekend outing. I don’t have guests over that often, but if I do it’s usually just a friend over for dinner and a movie. Any overnight guests are always communicated beforehand.
