Looking for a woman mid-twenties or older to fill my spot in a beautiful 3bed, 2bath historic house in Inman Park starting August 1 with some flexibility. The lease ends Feb. 28 and you’d have the option to renew.
About the room: It’s a spacious room with hardwood floors, a decorative fireplace, high ceilings and pocket doors. You would be sharing a recently renovated bathroom with one other girl.
About the house: The house is within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and concert venues in both Inman Park and Little Five. It has a huge kitchen with a gas range, spacious porch with rocking chairs, washer and dryer in the basement and tons of storage space. The second floor is a different apartment, so we have a staircase that goes to nothing. It’s not far from the Beltline and a short bike ride or drive to the Inman Park MARTA stop.
Cost: Rent is $850 and utilities are a monthly flat fee of $126.67 per month. Wifi is $20.25.
About the roomies
About the roommates: Two super sweet women in their early 30’s live in the house with a 10-year-old dog. Due to the nature of our lease, unfortunately we can’t accept any other pets. They’re looking for someone friendly, chill and clean to take over my portion of the lease. (You would actually get your own lease from our landlord and wouldn’t be considered a subletter)
