Straight forward. Very clean and furnished room, can come unfurnished. Everything included. Wifi and etc. Property has gym, pool, professional working area, and park all included. Parking included. You have your own bathroom, and private room, your own full size refrigerator, and shared common space. Place has a laundry on the patio as well. 5 minutes from downtown Delray Beach. I am super easy to get along with. This is a steal for the location, amenities, value and price for the right person.

I have two dogs, but they are mainly on my side of the apartment.
