Fair-Chance Room for Rent – Church Hill North ($750/mo)

The Space: Shared bedroom available in a shared house located in Church Hill North. Onsite washer and dryer are available for tenant use.

Rent & Move-In Costs: $750 per month. All utilities included (water, trash, electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi). A $350 security deposit is required at move-in.

Income & Vouchers: HUD vouchers and SSI/disability income are proudly accepted. We will work with your case manager to process all necessary paperwork.

Location Perks: Steps away from local GRTC bus lines for easy commuting. Close to local East End amenities, grocery stores, and job centers.

House Rules: This is a clean, respectful, and drug/alcohol-free environment. Ideal for someone focusing on work, personal growth, and stability.
