5 acres right off hwy 30. Part of the property overlooks the columbia. Double wide. Very nice condition on the inside. Wood floors. Sharing a bathroom with 1 person. The house stays clean. I have a dog, 2 cats and alot of chickens. Ideally im looking for someone who wants to live out this way and enjoys gardening.
