The room has sound privacy through closing of 2 doors. The house has a shared large kitchen and living room, dishwasher, washer/dryer, a gas fireplace, and 2 parking spaces. The house is in South Hills and owned by caring landlords. There’s a lot of beautiful natural landscaping throughout, several patio areas, and a privacy fence.
About the roomies
I’ll be the only person living with you in the house. I’m 45, female, omnivore, hetero and friendly towards all orientations. I’m from Europe, East Coast, and have lived in Eugene for 10 years. I’ve lived in the house for 2 years. I prefer to keep things mostly tidy by being minimal and clutter-free. I like Nature, science, birding, mushroom hunting, hiking and cooking. I’m an introvert, but enjoy having real conversations. You’ll find me reading in the mornings and watching movies/series in the evenings.
