Quiet, well-maintained two-bedroom townhome in Crestview Hills, only 8 miles from Fountain Square in downtown Cincinnati. You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, with full use of the kitchen and common areas. The home overlooks a wooded pond where ducks, geese, deer, and an occasional blue heron can often be seen. Upper and lower decks provide a peaceful place to relax, and the community pool is open through Labor Day.

The home is clean, comfortable, and filled with books and art—friends sometimes joke that it feels like a small bookstore. Wi-Fi and Netflix are included.

A few things to know: I’m an early riser, and I enjoy a quiet household. Unfortunately, because of allergies, I can’t accommodate pets. We’re close to I-71/75 and a rail line, so you’ll occasionally hear traffic and trains, especially outdoors or with the windows open.

I’m a retired English professor and the homeowner. I enjoy reading, writing, walking, and staying active, and I keep a clean, quiet home. I’m an early riser (usually around 5 a.m.) and spend some time out exercising or running errands, but I’m home a good bit as well.

I’m looking for one responsible & respectful professional who values a peaceful living environment, communicates well, and is comfortable sharing a home while also respecting each other’s privacy. I enjoy conversation, but I also appreciate quiet time for my writing, and I think the best roommate situations strike a good balance between friendliness and independence.
