This is a private room in a 2-bedroom apartment. It features an en-suite bathroom, meaning you don’t have to leave your room to access it.
The room is currently unfurnished, as the previous tenant’s furniture was disposed of when they moved out. You can bring your own bed, or just let me know if you would prefer the room to come furnished.
You will be sharing the rest of the apartment with one other person (who will be occupying the master bedroom, currently listed for $1,000). All utility bills will be split 50/50 with them.
You The complex features great amenities, including a swimming pool, and is located in a peaceful, quiet area.
Please note: I do not live on-site and am currently out of town. I am simply looking for kind, respectful, and responsible people to call this place home, I’m far too blessed to be stressed.
