Conveniently situated near Colorado Blvd. and I-25, this property sits on a park-like setting with green grass and mature trees. You will be sharing the 3 bedroom/2bath town home (all on one floor…no stairs) with 2 other roommates; a 56 year old man who occupies the second bedroom and the 55 year old woman who is the owner of the property and occupies the primary bedroom and bathroom. The unfurnished third bedroom you will be renting is 12.5 x 11 feet with original wood paneled walls. You will be sharing a bathroom with the male roommate. The owner also has a dog and a cat (mini dachshund and a lilac Siamese) so you must be kind to animals. Rent includes: heat, electricity, TV/Internet, and professional housekeeping 2x/month. (There is no gas on the property so the shared kitchen has an electric stove.). Property also provides access to a covered porch and the outdoor community pool. The inside of the property is modern and updated. All flooring was replaced in 2024 and the kitchen was replaced in 2017 with new countertops and backsplash in 2024.

The female owner of the unit and her male roommate have been roommates for 8.5 years. (She found him on Roomies.com.). Both work normal business hours. The owner works from home and the male roommate works outside the home. They keep the home pretty neat and tidy and prefer someone who cleans up after themselves after cooking and doesn’t leave a lot of things lying around. (You can be as messy as you want in your own room as long as you aren’t attracting rodents and insect.). They are both more conservative leaning in politics but welcome anyone who can agree to disagree as necessary. There will also be access to a shared garage where extra things can be stored and you’ll have a large kitchen cabinet and a small commercial freezer that’s all for you and your food items. The refridgerator is shared. There is also a laundry room to do as much or little laundry as you’d like.
