Me and my roommate are looking for a 3rd to fill our 3 bedroom townhouse that we’ve been at for the past 2 years. Very nice with a lot of value for the money we are spending. We are in a gated community with a pool and in a very good location relative to the freeway and good food spots. We’re looking for someone to move in last week July / first week August. Rent is about 900-1000 depending on utilities for that month.

I am a 24 year old recent graduate from ASU. My roommate will be a senior this year.
We’re easygoing, active, and enjoy living in a clean, comfortable home. We’re both big into the gym and staying active, and we also love doing spontaneous things like grabbing food, exploring new places, hiking, or taking last-minute trips. We enjoy hanging out together but also respect each other’s personal space.
