Located across from Rising Star Polaris school, plenty of street parking available and driveway parking negotiable. Private room located directly across from bathroom shared with 1 other. Quiet neighborhood, shared kitchen/living room with open use as you need. Dining table available for eating in kitchen or wherever you see fit. Cleaning supplies and equipment already available, no additional work needed around the house unless you feel like doing it. Maximum stay extendable upon renewing our lease.

About the roomies

There are three of us currently, one couple and one single female. We all mainly tend to keep to our own rooms so the house is usually pretty quiet except for the occasional cooking session or occasionally sit out in the living room and watch something on the tv. I am an experienced tech person as well as just being a general handy guy. I like to relax and game on my computer when not dealing with home maintenance. We have 1 cat that stays in our room, the rest of the home is pet free. We are looking for someone that is more relaxed and easy going, we do not want drama in the house and am more than willing to work with you on any problems that come up to find a solution.
