This is a recently renovated 2 bed 1 bath duplex apartment. Currently I am renting one room and looking for a roommate. Has a full shared kitchen, bathroom, and central social area but private bedroom with closet. Majority of the apartment is furnished with my furniture and you are welcome to use it. Freshly painted in 2025. I do have a queen size bed frame that you can use if you like, but it does take up a majority of the space in the bedroom. within 15 minutes from the U of I campus and 5 minutes from the Coral Ridge Mall so it is close to everything but has the peace of being in the residential area. Has laundry below in a room connected to the garage. Heated and cooled underneath garage (this unit is on an upper floor). The garage under the unit can be included if you would like, just let me know and we can talk about it. It is a super nice place for the money, I’m just not around enough to get the most out of it for right now. For the specified rent, it will include utilities: Water, gas, and trash/recyclables. We are responsible for mowing & snow removal (I have a personally owned push lawn mower and snowblower if you would like to use it). Landlord is awesome and always fairly quick to respond to any issues. Looking for a clean, responsible, reliable roommate.
