Our two-story, single-family home is located in the Oakhurst neighborhood of Aurora. We have a beautiful and peaceful fenced backyard overlooking a small lake and regularly maintained by professional landscapers.

We live on a quiet street (cul-de-sac) that is family and pet-friendly and our neighborhood is walkable with parks, ponds, lakes, outdoor basketball courts and walking trails.

We are located near Eola Road & McCoy close to Fox Valley Mall, Downtown Aurora, the BNSF Aurora Metra Train Station, grocery stores and Route 59 for dining, shopping and entertainment.

School District: Naperville IPSD 204 assigned to Wabounsie Valley High School, Fischer Middle School and Steck Elementary.

We are a multi-racial family and I’m a professional, self-employed woman with one teenage son. I primarily work from home and my son is involved in multiple sports.

We’re outgoing and social but still like coming home to unwind and chill. We enjoy a drama-free, relaxed home life where people feel safe, secure and respected. We would get along best with people who are positive, open-minded, productive, responsible and like pets.

We are pet-friendly and have a large dog and three cats. All of the pets are friendly and the cats stay to themselves. I’ve never had more than two pets at a time and while they’re all rescues, we will not be getting any more!
