Available now in a quaint and quiet 3-bedroom, 2-bath house on 3/4 of an acre, I am renting out one of the rooms for 800 a month on a year lease, which covers all costs (Trash, Wi-Fi and water) except PGE, which is going to be split between 4 people and usually 200-300, so you will pay between 50-75 per month. The bedroom has a closet with a shelf and blinds, and the whole house has been redone within the last year. Washer and Dryer on site, with a full pantry in which you will get a whole two shelves to yourself. A large, brand-new kitchen with a large fridge, double oven, and cooktop, along with a dishwasher. A communal living room with a large TV that has most streaming services. Along with a separate living room, which includes a wood stove (fully functional) and an adjacent dining room (getting a larger table in a few days!) Huge backyard with an upcoming project of a garden area! There is a personal driveway to park your car and even friends/guest if they would like to come visit. A large storage room and exterior shed are available as well for items that are not frequently used.

Currently, I am a 33-year-old Male who works at Redwoods National and State Parks and recently graduated from Cal Poly Humboldt with my environmental science and management degree. I have a cat named Korra, and she is snuggly and sweet. The other room is home to a couple who are the nicest people I know, but will be leaving at the end of the year.
