About the room
The house is located in Sandston, right off of 64 and 295. You can get to downtown Richmond in about 20 minutes depending on traffic :) Private room, shared bathroom and living spaces. Has a small room for an office that I probably won’t be needing to use. The house is a cute rancher style and has a great yard!
Cons - No indoor pets (I’m allergic). There is a bunch of new construction near us that will be happening for a while 🙄
Pros - It’s not in the city, so it has more of a small town feel. I’m a super quiet roommate 😅

About the roomies
I am a Christian women with strong biblical beliefs, and that shapes how I keep my house. My parents own the house, so we will both be renting and they are nearby to help with repairs and issues if needed. I have a lot of old lady hobbies - sewing, puzzling and reading :) Hoping to find a roommate I can be friends with but also enjoying our own spaces !
