Unfurnished, quiet, primary bedroom (approx 225 sq. ft.) with recently renovated ensuite bathroom.

Plenty of organized closet space. Large sliding glass door and private gated patio. If wall color doesn’t suit you, LL mentioned it’s OK to repaint. The furniture and rug will be gone by move-in date, unless you need a new queen size bed.

3BR, 2BA condo that gets cool, coastal breeze. SHARE equally, an uncluttered, bright, full-size kitchen with ample cabinet and counter space. Living room includes 65“ TV and the sofa if we want it. In-Unit washer and dryer with over head cabinets, as well as a community laundry room a very short walk from your patio. Single car garage (split down the middle) for storage only…bikes, beach chairs, suitcases, tools, etc. If you have a desk, chair or any small piece(s) of furniture that won’t fit in primary bedroom, or need a bit more closet space, we will have equal access/shared use of 3rd BR (no bed).

Complex has pool, jacuzzi, and small clubhouse. Quiet area with street parking near front door. Located about 1.5 mi from downtown HB and pier. Quick 10-minute drive to 405 fwy.

Includes: Internet, water, and trash. Split gas & electric (less than $100 each for 2 of us, in last 12 months).

I am a professional educator and work M-F, about 11 months of the year. Friendly, considerate, clean, tidy, and respectful of others’ spaces and boundaries…expect same. During the week, I generally come home to relax, eat, and go to bed early. No drama. Weekends, Im in and out…anywhere from a few hours to all day. I prefer someone, or quiet couple, who works full time outside the home. Not a party place! No smoking, drugs, or heavy drinking.
