The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath for rent you get both rooms and bath for the 1100 along with space in the garage and parking in front of the house. The 2 bedrooms are similar in size with one being slightly larger. The bedrooms and bath are located in a hallway off the side of the livingroom all in there own little area of the house. Both the bedrooms have closets and the hallway has a closet for storage as well. Livingroom kitchen and backyard are common areas. The primary suit is on the opposite side of the livingroom on its own side of the house. This is the room I live in. The house is located in a quite family friendly nieborhood all the roads are paved and there are a couple parks that are maintaind by the H.O.A. the house is located about 20 to 25 minutes away from the salt river, canyon lake and sarourgo lake. And usery park is about 10 minutes away. So if you like outdoors activities its in a good location. Im looking for a solo roommate that needs a couple rooms ( works from home,game room,crafts, etc) or a couple friends willing to share the bathroom area.

Im a 34 yr old male and i work a dupont schedule which means I work 12hr day/night shifts so I tend to be at work most of the time, if you have a 8-4 job we will hardley cross paths. Im clean and tidy and tend to keep to myself. On my days off I’m usually out doing something outdoorsy. I don’t smoke or drink but I also don’t mind if you do.
